At Bakka Innovations Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy
Digital Products:
  • Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered or accessed by the customer.
  • If you wish to cancel a purchase before the digital product has been delivered, please contact us immediately at contact@bakkainnovations.com. We will review your request and inform you of the cancellation status.
Service-Based Projects:
  • For service-based projects (e.g., website development, mobile app development, IT consulting), cancellations can be requested up to the commencement of the service.
  • Once a project has started, cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement or contract. Please contact your project manager or contact@bakkainnovations.com to discuss the specifics of your cancellation request.
Subscription Services:
  • Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Please note that cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Digital Products:
  • Refunds for digital products are not provided once the product has been delivered or accessed by the customer.
  • In the case of technical issues or defects, please contact contact@bakkainnovations.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement.
Service-Based Projects:
  • Refunds for service-based projects will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the percentage of the project completed and any expenses incurred. Please refer to your project agreement or contract for specific refund terms.
Subscription Services:
  • Refunds for subscription services will not be issued for partial billing cycles. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Procedure for Requesting Cancellations or Refunds
Contact Us:
  • To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at contact@bakkainnovations.com with the details of your request. Include your order number, product/service details, and the reason for the request.
Review Process:
  • We will review your request and respond within 10 working days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
Resolution:
  • If your cancellation or refund request is approved, we will reimburse the refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response to your cancellation or refund request, please contact us with the details explaining your concerns. We will review your complaint, investigate if the right procedures have been followed, and respond back to you as appropriate. We aim to complete this investigation within 10 working days of receiving your complaint; however, in some cases, it may take longer.
